In 2021 is Nicole als stagiaire begonnen bij TopFysio Leeuwarden, waarna ze aansluitend als volwaardig fysiotherapeut aan de slag is gegaan.
Sportief
Nicole is sinds 2023 professioneel wielrenster en rijdt momenteel voor de Belgische wielerploeg AG Insurance-Soudal Quick-Step.
